Hi guys. This page is now set up for solely mountain bikes Mtb van life and related content. We will be moving around the Uk and the odd time outside of the Uk to ride different places and to try and video as much as we can to pass on to you guys. Some videos will be about riding spots some will be about our bikes and vans we build to do it and some will be about us guys the riders. There is a small group of regular guys. Mainly my self (Rob salmon) , dogman (Damian groves) and a few other mates. Including peachy pez and Hugo. Dogman is a sponsored rider for niner bikes but I’m also lucky enough to ride one of there bikes but only as an self confessed ambassador as I love my rip 9. Niner bikes are really good to dogman and me so you will here plenty of mentions. Cheers guys maybe see you out riding.

me and a few lads and a lady decided we needed to get back to Dyfi bike park so we loaded the van and hit the road. I'm not the most accomplished rider along withe a few of the others but we still smashed in may laps. meanwhile damo (dogman) ripped the shit out of the place. as usual ha ah

Thats a class set up mate! Looking at doing something similar with a newer Movano/Master when the new year rolls in. Deffo given me a lot of inspiration!
Sorry don’t like it black, chrome is so much nicer and personally I’d never have a SWB much too small, I’ve got the XLWB and even thinking I should have got a Daf 7.5t
Hi, could you tell me what´s the length from rear door to wheel arch?
Lovely build mate. Couple of questions, hope you don't mind. What is the brand of fabric used for the panels? Been looking for a UK supplier but not had a result. Have you also got a spare wheel to match your new ones, and were you able to mount it underneath OK? Seen some builds where it won't fit and has to be mounted on the rear doors. Cheers.

Wish promaster made a 118 high roof. Mercedes short high roof is so pricey. And you have to use premium fuel. EEEK.

I love this van. Great job. I just got my hands on a 2005 master, mini bus. I've 3 kids and i mountain bike so I'm going to build this exact van. Do you have general plans that I could buy off you. I'd like to get dimensions on bed size. How is bed frame constructed? Where about are the 3 seats set up in the back. Cheers man. Inspired!
Hey mate, can you do me a favour? How long is the space that is being used when you got your bike in? I measure my road bike would take up 135-140 centimetres. I want to built a box around it. Not sure if it will work on the short wheelbase.
Hi guys. How did you connect the roof rack into those 2 holes on the roof? I got the interior done so insulation lining etc do I need to do from inside?

So I'm going to assume you have a car audio background, this build screams master installer! That is probably why it's one of my favorite van builds yet!

@@builderonabike does the head unit run off the leisure batteries then? 🤔
It will do both there is a one way diode fitted in the wiring to stop back feed and a switch that switches it on from the leisure battery in the back and also comes on from the starter battery when the ignition is engaged.

Looks a top job, what sort of money did you spend on the conversion? How many hours graft did it take?
Took me about 6/7 weeks and how much you spend can depend on what parts you buy and what finish you want.
@@builderonabike guess you don't what the cost out if you're selling them 🤣. Looks great, that black sheet with the clean ply edges looks the bomb.
No there juts all diffeant. I used a lot of things I had left over from other builds on this one but on average there is a good 8/10k Worth of goods fitted to them but that’s not including any labour. Roughly about 240 hours
